Although new work has been slow to appear on my website, the studio is far from still. I was recently contacted by a returning collector to paint the Bank of America building that sits in downtown Dallas. We discussed the angles and light in great depth and collaborated on the original idea for the piece. I was thrilled with how it turned out — big, bold, and grandiose.
"I am so thrilled with my recent commission from Tim. Tim did a commission for me about five years ago so when I had an idea for an art piece based on a building that has special meaning to us I thought to reach out to Tim again. He has such a gift for the hard edge structural pieces. Tim is amazing to work with. He’s honestly just brilliant and makes such amazingly detailed pieces. He just gets the vision, he always knows how to make it all come together so well. I knew he understood what I wanted and I never worried about what the result would be, I knew he would deliver, and he did! I love how this art piece turned out! It will complete our office and make such a statement when people walk in our front door. It is everything I wanted it to be! Thanks Tim for another great commission. TMC"
Pleased to share a few shots from along the way.
What’s next is another commission, this time a very special mansion house in Tucson, Arizona. The canvas is on the easel as of today.
Thanks for looking .
